Accredited laboratories carry out sanitary and hygienic studies of the product, while the Authority assesses its composition, labeling and packaging for compliance with EAEU requirements.
The product dossier, samples for sanitary and hygienic studies and the manufacturer's supporting documents are collected in accordance with the Uniform Sanitary and Epidemiological Requirements of the EAEU. Packaging mock-ups and instructions for use are also developed, and the dossier is translated and notarized.
Common risks are non-compliance of the qualitative composition of the product with EAEU requirements and insufficient evidence for the claimed spectrum of antimicrobial activity. Therefore, the composition, test reports and application regimens are checked before submission.
